LINDA Robson left Good Morning Britain viewers choking on their breakfasts today after a racy confession about fellow TV star Joe Swash.
Linda, 66, was hailed “the most honest woman on telly” after the jaw-dropping anecdote.
She’s known ex-EastEnders actor Joe for most of his life, and he previously said she was “like an auntie to him”.
Today, the Birds of a Feather star and Loose Women panellist appeared on ITV to discuss her new memoir Truth Be Told, and role in gangster movie, Bermondsey Tales: Fall of the Roman Empire.
Halfway through the interview she dropped a a few bombshells including one about Joe from his younger years.
While chatting about Joe’s wife, Loose Women co-star Stacey Solomon, Linda told GMB host Susanna Reid: “I’m really good friends with Stacey Solomon and all that, and Joe and her kids. Joe lived opposite me and that.
“Joe actually lost his virginity in my house.”
Susanna coughed, and Ed Balls didn’t know where to look.
Suggesting she’d shared too much information about Joe, 42, before 9am, Susanna replied: “Did Joe want you to tell a national audience that?”
The three giggled and Linda said, “I think it’s well known infornation!”
Linda and Joe grew up in Islington, North London.
Linda was a child star and has been in showbiz for 56 years.
Viewers rushed to social media to share their comments, with one saying: “Didn’t know we needed a 9am watershed!”
One more said: “Legend in her own postcode…”
Another giggled: “OH DEAR , unnecessary statement from the birds of a feather a actress on morning TV.”
And one more raved: “Gotta love the linda Robson..absolute legend.”
Linda delivered more belly laughs when she revealed her shocking number of parking tickets.
She said: “I paid £3000 worth of parking tickets. I had to pay it … I just tell them I’m a national treasure, I can park whereever Iike.”
She continued: “My driving’s not good either. Now they’ve taken my car keys from me. They’ve taken control of my money and my car.
“I can’t be trusted with my money either. Now I get pocket money on a Monday and a Friday. I like expensive candles. I like treating my family and my kids, my sisters.”
Joe’s first brush with stardom came when he joined reality show Club Reps back in 2002.
He made the most of his early 20s and the fame that came with being an EastEnders regular playing Mikey.
Joe, who has joined Loose Women on the Loose Men panel, also revealed his close bond with Linda.
He said on Loose Men: “My mum’s been friends with Linda since they were 16.
“From the age of 15 I used to go on holiday with my mum and Linda.
“Linda’s more like family, like my auntie. And Nadia (Sawalha) is exactly the same, she’s the most wonderful person.”
